Clackamas, OR, August 31, 2017– James Industry Research (JIR) Group, the benchmark for quality research in the casino and gaming industry, announces the addition of two experienced research professionals: Joseph Gibson and Crystal Bolyard, to its already top-notch team. All are new positions in the organization brought on to address our explosive expansion in recent months.

Joseph Gibson joins the team as Chief Data Officer. With both Program Analysis and Business Analysis experience, he has managed extensive quantitative research data across business units. His experience with Big Data will be invaluable to the company as well as our clients with the explosion of technological advancements in our industry happening on a daily basis. Joe has over eleven years of experience designing and documenting software, hardware, and Web application projects in both business and government organizations. He holds a Masters in Information Technology Management from Webster University and is a Certified Data Management Professional.

Crystal Bolyard will join the team in September 2017 as the Director of Research Services. Crystal has overseen every aspect of the field for over 12 years across industries, including national surveys for both B2B and B2C organizations as well as extensive political polling. Along with managing both client accounts and the field, Crystal is a trained moderator and analyst. She will be assisting our clients with all phases of research process, including training, field management, moderating, and research reporting. She holds a Bachelors in Social Psychology and American Studies from the Evergreen State College.
